I would like to discuss about the problem which I am facing while using a reference file a massage is displayed ( Something bad happened in your program ) and the file automatically closes down. Can any body tell me about solution regarding this problem.

Hello Jagjit

There is not much information to go on here. My suggestion is that you log an official Support Call on Abvent's website. In doing that, you will receive a Ticket Number which will enable you to track the problem right up until they find a solution for you.

Once you have an answer, it wold be great if you could post it here for the Members to view.

Hello Kyle A,

If you are using Artlantis 3:0:5 or 3:0:6 then you will have to open your file in 3:0:0 and use reference file, it will work properly. Then save your file after completion, reopen the file in 3:0:5 or 3:0:6 and see the results. I am sure this will help you out. Feel free to consult in case of any further problem.
